I don’t know what it was about yesterday, but my energy has shifted!!!! I mean I feel literal surges throughout my body.

And let me say that yesterday didn’t go as planned.
😅I woke up late for work
😅I locked myself out the house
😅I forgot to restock my lady items at work
😅I forgot to take my DND sign down on my office
😅I melted the front of my shirt on my heat press
😅I had to deal with a kid trying to scam my kid
😅I lost my cellphone—IN THE HOUSE (I found it)

Are y’all even praying 🙏🏾 for y’all good sis???…🤣🤣🤣

Old me would have been so upset and frustrated (I almost lost it y’all), but I chose to laugh and “count it all joy”.

Late in the midnight hour between 9/30 and 10/1, God started turning things around for me (and you). So it’s no coincidence that my 1st day of October as so chaotic.

But…I feel so ALIVE!

Full transparency, I’ve been sleep walking in my business for a few YEARS now. I’ve had fits of starting and stopping. The flow has NEVER been consistent. I’ve sat my chubby tail up here and got all this good teaching from my coach @briahash and I still wasn’t doing what needed to be done (not consistently anyways).

But something happened Monday morning (the last day of the 9th month)…

I marched around the walls for the 7th time and let out a cry to the Most High and baby them walls came tumblin’ downz!!! (It was Jericho kinda morning).

The dam was breached! The levee broke! The mountain FINALLY threw itself into the lake!

The path is clear y’all!!!

It’s full steam ahead from now until…

I don’t know if you’re feeling what I’m feeling, but baby, ain’t no way I’m going back. Ain’t no way I’m spending another year wishing and hoping that things would change.

My BALLIN’ season has begun!

I’m claiming October to be a month of OVERTAKING!!!

The banks and the BANK 🏦 is about to overflow.

Picking the right app can feel like finding a needle in a haystack.

What life post colon cancer looks like.

So it begins…

Some of you may not know this, but back in 2017 I was diagnosing with stage 2 colon cancer at the age of 34. It was a very dark and tumultuous time for me. I couldn’t understand how I got an “all old persons” diseases. No one in my family, that I was aware of, had colon cancer.

Why me?

Although I have been cancer free since my hemicolectomy in April 2017, I now have to have colonoscopies as a part of my preventative care. So today is prep day 😩. (The ice creams is my treat for after, mind y’all business).

I don’t share this often because a part of me feels guilty for not having to endure chemotherapy or radiation. Like I got off “easy”.

I’m slowly shaking that off to recognize that I am just as much a survivor as anyone else who’s had cancer. I didn’t “get off easy”. I had a major surgery and have physical scars and keloids on my stomach as a daily reminder of what I’ve been through.

I am a living testimony of Gods healing, grace, and mercy!

I promise to talk about it more in hopes that it will help someone else and possibly save their life by paying attention to the warning signs.

I hope even this glimpse of my life, post cancer, will give someone hope on their healing journey.

Now let me go “cleanse” cus Lord this prep ain’t nothing nice.
